Our R&D website has been developed to collect data and test new products prior to
their commercial release. If you help us by completing one of our questionnaires,
you will receive a free feedback
report via email three to four months after completion. We need this time to analyse
all the data that we have collected and produce the most accurate reports possible
for people looking to develop their leadership potential. From time to time we also
carry out prize draws as a thank you for completing particular studies on this site.
Where possible you will receive a summary of your results upon completion of the
research questionnaires and occasionally we research existing products. If you complete
a study on one of our existing products you will receive a full feedback report
free of charge, once all questionnaires in the study have been completed. More information
on all current
studies
can be accessed through the “studies” tab at the top of the page.
It’s very important that our products are as well researched and validated. This
means we need to collate and process large data sets of responses.
All we need you to do is answer the questions as honestly as possible. The questionnaires
on the website are slightly longer than the final commercial versions and some questions
may appear repetitive. This is intentional, as we write more questions than we initially
need, and select the most psychometrically sound statements for our final questionnaire.
If you would like to participate in this research, simply
create an account
to begin.
We are currently running three different research studies – one on personality,
one on motivation and one on stress.
for more detail on each of these.
All of our feedback reports are sent to you via email and creating an account (registering)
with us is the easiest way for us to ensure that you receive your reports and enter
any prize draws. Some of our questionnaires are also quite long (as a necessary
part of robust validation) and registering allows you to complete over a number
of sessions rather than all at once.
We ask for some basic personal information, so that we can ensure we have a good
range of responses and can explore trends across different groups. It is not compulsory
to supply this information, but it would be very helpful for our research if you
do. This information will never be used to personally identify you; it is purely
used for aggregate data analysis.
