You will receive a summary of your responses once you have completed the questionnaires in this study and you will receive a full personality report once our validation is complete (~March 2008). You will also be entered into a draw to win £100 worth of Amazon vouchers. There are six questionnaires – two with approximately 300 questions, and four with 15 to 20 questions. It should take less than 60 minutes to complete each of the two longer questionnaires and about 10 minutes each to complete the shorter questionnaires. You can save your answers at any point and return to complete the questionnaire at a later date. We recommend you take a break between doing the two longer questionnaires.

You will receive your High Performance Motivations report upon completing the questionnaires in this study. There are two questionnaires – one with 55 questions and one with approximately 300. It should take less than 2 hours to complete both questionnaires. You can save your answers at any point and return to complete the questionnaire at a later date. We recommend you take a break between doing the two longer questionnaires. Please note: the longer questionnaire also appears in our personality study. You will only need to complete this questionnaire once.

You will receive your Personal Stress report upon completing the questionnaires in this study. There are six questionnaires with approximately 140 questions in total. The longest questionnaire has 24 questions and will take less than 10 minutes to complete. It should take about 60 minutes to complete all six. Please note: some of these questionnaires also appear in our personality study. You will only need to complete these questionnaires once.
